5 Tasting Notes
There is a warm version of this now you can buy at Barnes and Nobles. I love the smell, but the taste is a little bitter for me. By the end of the cup it was so bitter I had to toss it. Far better was the Tropical Green Tea. Skip this one and go for the Green.
Preparation
This was my first cup of tea ever. My mother keeps a package of this in the cupboard, and her cup always smelled so good that I finally had to try it. This was the start of my love for tea. It still has a place in my cupboard since every time I drink a cup I think of my mom. As for the taste, it is almost sweet and I like it better than a pure peppermint mix. It is just bright, and complex.
Preparation
My first cup was recommended to me by the barista at Barnes and Nobles. The smell is pineapple, with a hint of mango I think. You know you have a good tea when the girls behind the counter are excited to make a cup just so they can smell it!
Preparation
A very subtle tea, and a nice change from my usual choices. The orange blossom is what really makes this tea sing. I love the gentle waft of orange in my nose and over my tongue, but this will never be a tea that overwhelms you with taste. If you are looking for a strong, bold tea, this is not that tea!
