I found this tea in my advent calendar this morning, and was excited because I’m a big fan of breakfast tea blends, and I’ve never tried David’s. However, this one didn’t make an impression. Not that I didn’t enjoy it, just that I was expecting more. The flavour is nice, and I had it with milk which makes it smooth and almost creamy. The aroma is almost smoky, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, this tea just didn’t “wow” me.

This tea smells amazing when brewed, reminds me of amaretto. In fact, next time I’m going to experiment and add amaretto!
Delicious rooibos, lots of cinammon, ginger, and almond flavour. I can also smell a hint of floral.

I found this tea in my David’s Tea Advent Calendar today. It was just what I need to get me going on this dreary, rainy Sunday morning! It smells deliciously chocolatey, with almond hints as well. I just add milk, no sugar, and it tastes just sweet enough. I’ve had this tea before, and it always gives me a nice energy boost to get me through.
