Coffe and Pu’erh are my two favorite drinks in the world. Unfortunately, I think something is lost when the two are combined. Don’t get me wrong, this is still a very drinkable tea, but it seems a little flat to me. The best pu’erhs are a complex earthy web of flavors. There are some Sumatra coffee’s that have a similar flavor profile. This tea only contains a hint of the complexity.
