8 Tasting Notes
I always love genmaicha, but this one had a bit more rice flavor than I wanted. I also felt like it took an unusually long time to steep. Still, a nice tea at a reasonable price.

Preparation
This is one of my all-time favorite senchas— it is refreshingly simple. It steeps to a bright yellow almost immediately, so be careful not to burn the tea or let it oversteep! I can usually get a second or third steep out of the tea, as well.
Flavors: Grass, Nutty
Preparation
This tea was a different oolong than I’m used to— much more delicate and floral. However, I prefer a ‘meatier’ oolong with more body. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t get it again.
It also may not have steeped long enough, since I bought a cup of it at the Adagio store.
