I first tasted this in the 2017 24 days of tea advent calendar. I spilled some of the leaf going to make my second cup. (Ugh.) It was great though. I love this flavored oolong. I think the lemon flavor has the right level and it feels like the liquid equivalent to eating an excellent Lemon frosted pound cake. I eventually bought another 2 oz. It steeps twice; the first steep for 4 to 7 minutes and 10 minutes for the second steep. I used a Davidstea tea bag an Perfect spoon for measuring. One other reviewer compared it to a processed store bought Lemon Pound cake. That is true. If you don’t like that in your face artificial flavor then this isn’t for you. But if you could eat Emerson’s pastries all day long then you might like this. I do.
