Had my last cup of this very recently. May it rest in peace… I really liked this blend. It was one of the few chocolate blends that stuck with me. It was very well balanced between tea and blended additions. Tasted wonderfully of coconut, cinnamon, and chocolate all in one, but the black tea flavour was still present throughout the cup. It was a great “curl up with a book in a blanket” tea. I often wonder if I will every find anything like it again.

Flavors: Chocolate, Cinnamon, Earth

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 5 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 12 OZ / 354 ML

Used to be a big coffee drinker, but over time I realized coffee all kinda tastes the same to me so I switched teams.

I am a bit of a foodie. I love to cook at home and try new things. I especially love to find ways to incorporate tea into my cooking. I am a huge book nerd (it’s the only thing I have more of in my house than tea), and I also collect and read comics. I’m a really big scifi/fantasy/horror fan across the entertainment board (books, TV, movies, games, etc). My dream is to have my own tea and book store where I can hang around with other people who really just want to talk about tea and books, and maybe show me pictures of their cats. I also plan on one day owning a very fat french bulldog.

In the tea world: Greens, whites and rooibos are my current favorites. I can always enjoy a good herbal or oolong though. Blacks are kinda bleh to me, but a good yunnan or blend of one could get me interested. I am way more into straight teas then I am blended, though I own more blends than straight teas (go figure).

Currently employed by David’s Tea, so I personally think for a tea junkie I have a pretty ideal job. I’m always down for steeping something new. Suggestions and trade are more than welcome!
