The Tea Lovers Festival existed as a public event for over a decade in Los Angeles, from 2006 through 2016. It was one of the very first, and the longest-running, tea festival in the United States, with a mission to promote the love of tea to the American public through education and diverse cultural experiences.
Over its tenure, the Tea Lovers Festival initiated many innovative educational and cultural programs, both for the tea novice and tea professional. It was also California’s premier consumer-oriented marketing platform for tea- and culinary-related companies.
The legacy of the festival has been summarized in a 160-page retrospective book, Tea Lovers Festival: 10 Years, by the organization’s founder and creative director Kulov, which is currently available both on Etsy and on Amazon. It is an inspirational resource for all tea lovers, as well as for tea, cultural, event and marketing professionals everywhere.
