Normally, I’m impartial to flavourings in teas, but this one was something I just had to try. The sweet and delicious aroma of the peach flavouring was all I could smell upon opening the package for the first time. When steeped in boiling water however, the peach flavouring takes on a more subdued form allowing the flavour of the oolong tea to take centre stage, and rightfully so too.

I prefer tea over coffee, although I have to admit I have a soft spot for cà phê sữa đá (Vietnamese iced coffee).

Not a newbie to the tea world, but there is still a lot for me to learn and discover. Open to trying most teas, however I am particularly interested in Japanese and Chinese teas.
