8 Tasting Notes
The quality of the picture for this tea is not the best but I’ve found that this company offers the best teas! Seriously. I have never tasted a smoother, richer or more exotic tea than what is produced by this company. I first encountered this tea in my travels to Sophia, Bulgaria in a five star dining facility. To say the least, I had to find it. There is only one company in the US that sells this tea and they are my saviors! You have to buy by the case but my friends are loving me for sharing!
Preparation
I love peppermint herbal tea – caffeine free and tasty. BUT, if I have to have a fruity tea – I want mango and or peach. This was a delightful blend of the two. The taste was clear, not too intense, tangy without being citrusy and very pleasant to the taste buds. For a lesser quality of “fruit teas” – this was nice.
I really enjoyed this tea tremendously. I love the undertones of fruity smoothness and yet a little woodsy, earthy tantalizing taste flow through this tea. The coconut was not something I was expecting to blend well, but it did. I think it actually added to the smoothness.
Preparation
Vanilla? I’m a mint girl, so I wanted to see how the combo of the two would go. This tea brewed very dark; I probably made it stronger than normally but it was surprisingly very pungent in taste but pleasant. It gave a very smooth, earthy and vibrant taste to your tea buds! ;-) The mint was extremely mild and hinted rather than fully expressed. I know this is a different thought process than the previous people here on this site. But I have come to the conclusion that each of us has different areas of our taste buds that are prominent than others. Therefore, it is honestly a personal preference to the great taste testing…. ;-)
Preparation
I found this tea to have a very light, smooth, aromatic and lightly fruity flavor. The smoothness really impressed me. I tried it both alone and with some NuStevia. The picture is the pot I made for myself and simply enjoyed! A gift from a friend this past Christmas….
