This pu-er is delicious. It’s the first pu-er I’ve ever tried. It is an acquired taste if you’ve never had a pu-er before. The leaves are presented in a “nest” form. It can be broken up to get a less potent brew. The liquor is dark amber-dark brown in color. It has a very earthy and smokey smell to it. Strong, dark, earthy, smokey, sweet, smooth. Great “get you going” tea.

Flavors: Burnt, Earth, Oak wood, Smoke, Smooth, Sweet, Umami

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 3 min, 45 sec 2 tsp 20 OZ / 591 ML
