1 Tasting Note
Day 19 of the David’s Tea advent calendar. It looks like dried fruit, but smells like bubblegum (in a bad way, like the kind I only eat on airplanes so my ears don’t hurt). Once I add water it just smells like dried old orange peels (which I like a lot better). It looks a little weird steeping.. I think my boss was eyeing it on my desk. I pictured it to be red, but I guess it’s more like a white wine… or brownish orange. The flavour is kind of nice and subtle. It doesn’t remind me of mulled wine (or what I imagine mulled wine to taste like?) at all, but it does have a nice fruity/orangey taste. It kind of reminds me of a lemon green tea from Tetley. I rate this one as drinkable but pretty average.
