Earl Grey is one of those teas that makes me happy, truly, so finding a good one is a singular sort of pleasure…and this is a beautiful Earl Grey. I’m not sure what the “silky” part of the description means, so I’m deciding to translate it simply into “bloody delicious.” It seems accurate.

If you like your EGs with a solid, high-quality layer of bergamot this is one of the very best I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure why I find it so appealing, but this is the sort of tea you just want to roll around in your mouth and savour every sip…delicious, full-bodied and utterly drinkable – this might just be my favourite (non-creme) EG.

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 10 OZ / 295 ML

Overstressed aspiring model…tea is what gets me moving in the mornings, calms me down at night and fills all the moments in-between.

I’m still in the everything is delicious and I want to drink it all phase of my exploration, so I’m open to swaps, TTBs and trying new things. (with the exception of jasmine…that icky stuff tastes like soap)

My cupboard is things I have and am willing to swap (either I didn’t like them that much or I have a lot of them) and my wishlist is mostly things I’ve tasted and want to buy or swap for in the future.
