Western brewed this 3 times now. Really impressed with it, wish I could buy more. I get no astringency at 3 minutes brewing time.

Flavors: Fig, Honey, Malt

For Thai Milk Tea. Used Pailin’s Kitchen’s recipe and it was perfect first attempt. Excited to share this with friends.

Flavors: Malt, Vanilla

I cold brew this into individual plastic bottles. Lowers the bitterness and even has a light sweetness to it.
I prefer single bag + tap water to round out the flavor
