On first taste I was not overly fond of this tea. With some tinkering and addition of honey, I found the right balance to make it a rejuvenating tea for cold days.

I added this to my nighttime meditation and relaxation routine with great results. Don’t over-steep or you will need to add too much sweetener. Relaxing is difficult with a sugar high!
