This is another favorite for when I have to make do with bagged green tea. It’s forgiving with the water temperature and doesn’t taste bitter like a lot of bagged green tea. It’s light, and the lemon grass adds a nice flavor to it. Perfect for when I have to travel and can only take bagged tea along. With a low enough water temperature I leave it in the mug steeping as long as I can for extra lemon grass flavor.
