7 Tasting Notes
After Viva La Tea so highly recommended a vanilla black tea, when I saw this at the grocery store I had to pick it up! I didn’t get the bitter flavors at all that some of the other reviewers mentioned. I found this tea to be light, smooth and slightly sweet.
Preparation
Thanks to Viva La Tea for this tea! I have experimented with this tea a lot, and found that the flavor changes drastically with different steep times. Today I tried it at 45 seconds, and it is perfect – not too bitter, slightly sweet.
Preparation
I’ve been looking for a sweet non-fruity herbal tea to drink in the evenings. I just picked this up at the grocery store tonight, and it’s really yummy! It smells much sweeter than it tastes. The almond and rooibos flavors are most prominent to me. It must have sated my sweet tooth, because I also bought some cake at the store and I’m not interested in it anymore!
I often order this tea at my local cafe, though its flavors aren’t my favorite. The chammomile is very soothing, but I prefer spicier blends. Still, I like how the mint feels refreshing and balances out the chammomile nicely. For those who love soothing teas or chammomile, I recommend this tea!
