When I opened the package I was greeted with amazing bright long tea leaves. I did a 5 seconds rinse and first steep was 30 seconds. It has a green color and a grassy taste, which I like a lot. This is an afternoon tea that complimented really well my home baked dates squares. 2nd brew time was 1 minute and still a nice color and grassy taste. I love the huge tea leaves.

I love teas and want to learn. That’s why I joined Steepster. I am also a chocohalic. I collect chocolate like teas.

I am a foodie. I blog about food and desserts. I love to bake, it’s so relaxing. I just had my first experience as a judge for a Iron Pan Chef Competition. It was amazing!

I also travel and my goal is to travel around the world. My best trip so far was in Asia. I visited Beijing, Macau, Hong Kong and Bangkok. I am planning another trip to Asia for the end of the year or early in 2015. I love the life in Asia, the culture, the food and the history.

Another passion is photography, I now own a Rebel T4i and that completely changed my picture style. I do photo-travel so this camera takes gorgeous pictures.

I also like yoga and walking. I am trying to meditate, once in a while, because my son was diagnosed with an incurable disease and I need to clear my mind to help me live my life to the fullest every day. It has affected my subconscient and I have to learn to live with it. It will be a long journey and a rocky road.

My mother tongue is French.
