GCTTB I was mildly skeptical about how ‘fig-like the flavour would actually be considering that it’s a bit older. Maybe Davids Tea has me jaded. ;) But as it turns out I was pleasantly surprised but how authentic the flavour was. It tastes more like the dried figs I eat around Christmas-time, than fresh figs to me, but that’s hardly a bad thing.

A great way of having your figs…without the wasps. ;p
