I’m drinking this tea without milk this morning, which seems totally wrong for a chai but it works somehow and the results are decent. Interestingly enough, I can taste cloves like WHOA! which was something I didn’t get when I added milk.

I drink chai just plain (or steeped in coffee) when I want something spicy, but not milky in texture. Or when I’ve consumed my 1 serving of milk and don’t want to over do the calories. My favorite non latte drink at starbucks is a tall double shot double pump (each) mocha caramel americano w/ 2 chai bags.
Holy crap Lena! Please share your process step by step. P.S. I got my teas! I just need to find a ride to the post office and I’ll send yours out.

I’ve gotta go full out traditional prep when it comes to my chais. It’s about a 30 min process.

For a person that is very picky about their tea/spice ratio, I LOVE that they list it. I wish more companies would.
