This is from the Spring 2016 harvest.
Dry smell: gingerbread (yum!)
Brewed smell: wood smoke, soil, petrichor, summer squash
Flavor: Summer squash, green leaves
This was a sampler I purchased from Verdant tea. It was nice, with some aroma of a dark oolong but with the flavor of a green oolong.
Flavors: Vegetal, Zucchini
