drank Jasmine Yin Hao by Adagio Teas
17 tasting notes

Backlogging. I had 3 steeps of this today. Each progressive steep got sweeter and sweeter tasting, and the jasmine seemed to get more subtle each time, which was actually really nice and made it go down smoother than the first steep. I’ll have to remember to resteep this every time I have it now, it’s almost painful to think about how many times I drank this and only did one infusion before tossing out the tea leaves! At least I still have a good portion of my 4oz tin left.

I just got into loose leaf teas at the end of summer 2009. I’ve always loved tea, but I’d been wanting to try loose leaf for a while, having only been exposed to grocery store tea bags before. Finally, after some googling, Adagio became my gateway website, but I have been exploring some local brick and mortar tea shops as well. Hopefully my college-student budget can take the strain of my new addiction.
