I had high hopes for this one, and they were exceeded! Beyond the tomato and mint, there were additional vegetable notes (onion and peppers stood out the most), as well as a touch of spiciness.

Best with boiling water, indefinite steeping, and a pinch (or two) of salt. Yum!

[First Try] Less minty than I expected, which was nice because it didn’t feel too stimulating. Not at all sweet, either, which again sort of worked in favor of the lulling me to sleep aim. I don’t believe that the herbs in this blend are going to actually have any noticeable effect on sleep or calmness, but the experience of a cooling cup of warm tea plus the mellow flavor certainly had me relaxed and ready for bed.

First time trying this tea today. Was a bit sharp, so next time I’m going to cut the time down by 30 seconds and try with some cooler water. I couldn’t really taste the ginger at all, but it was peachy.

The smell of the dry tea was overwhelmingly sweet, like a green oolong “creamy flowers” scent amped up. Oddly enough, the brewed tea almost has a fruity scent to it? Like strawberries?

My taste buds are out of whack at the moment so I’m not really able to pick up on much that way. I might want to give this a slightly longer steep next time.

This is, unlike most other Moroccan Mint blends, just organic mint leaves – no green tea in sight. Steeped for a full 6 minutes, the tea is aromatic and lightly brothy. I did find myself wishing it was a bit more tingly, but I think that’s because I’ve been spoiled by having tried Heather’s Tummy Tea before (which is probably the best peppermint tea out there).

Overall, though, this is an excellent mint and I would happily drink this again!
