3 Tasting Notes
I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. To appreciate it better I tried to smell the scent emanating from the leaves after the infusion, and I clearly smelled the mineral scent and that of the white-fleshed peach. I think I also felt a vague hint of white pepper in my mouth and a beautiful floral taste. I would also venture a minimum of citrus zest. Overall it seemed like a really excellent tea to me!

Preparation
Gunpowder green tea by Royaume de The is my basic tea, the one I drink almost daily. It is not a very high quality tea, but it is pleasant, and its smokey scent makes me appreciate it greatly. This smoky taste is also felt in the mouth, not contrasted by the bitterness that is practically absent.

Preparation
I sincerely loved this tea, which I bought some time ago in Japan. A strong floral scent, with a fair amount of peach, hides an unexpected depth of flavor, with light bitter tones that are appreciated throughout the drink. I don’t particularly appreciate this type of tea, but I must say that it really surprised me with its beautiful character!
