7 Tasting Notes
A light refreshing tea. I wished this tea had more cherry flavor, as the most pervading taste is the rose petals that are a part of this mix. I imagine this tea would be tasty iced as well as hot.
Flavors: Flowers
Preparation
I wasn’t expecting much from this tea, as I got it on a whim to be a change of pace from my usual green tea purchases. It was surprisingly rich, and yet, earthy. You can really taste the cloves, with only the slightest undertone of licorice from the anise. An all around good tea.
Flavors: Anise, Cloves, Earth
Preparation
Brilliant tea. Tastes like the regular Ceylon black, but with an extra forest flavor. This flavor eludes me, as I can’t quite recognize what it is. It’s refreshing and forest-y and I feel as though I’ve tasted it in an asian dish long ago. Maybe someday I’ll have a moment of clarity and find out just what it is.
