7 Tasting Notes
I tried this last night and it was actually my first experience drinking H&S! The quality is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I think it is similar to Paris, just a tad bit fruitier. Went great with my slice of German chocolate cake! I would recommend giving it a try. I may purchase again in the future but plan on trying other Harney & Sons teas before re-purchaing any of the teas I just received in my order.
I drank this with breakfast this morning and am so in love! I can totally see why this is a bestseller. I drank it without any sweetener or milk and loved it but I will add some next time to see if it enhances it any more. I’m officially hooked to H&S!
Flavors: Bergamot, Black Currant, Caramel, Vanilla
I bought this tea on a whim because I was in the mood to splurge on high quality tea. While my husband says he thinks it tastes like Theraflu, I can honestly say this is a tea that I don’t think I can live without! It’s exactly what I was looking for in a caffeine free tea. The citrus makes it nice and uplifting while the chamomile and floral notes are comforting and refreshing. Plus, it’s just absolutely gorgeous to look at! Very beautifully fragrant as well. Today I drank this for an afternoon pick-me-up and I’m thoroughly pleased. Mother’s Bouquet will no doubt be in regular rotation for me. I see this becoming a go-to bedtime or afternoon tea.
Flavors: Flowers, Orange
I love all the health benefits of turmeric and think this is a much tastier way of enjoying the benefits as opposed to the golden almond milk recipe I tried from Pinterest. I didn’t add any form of sweetener and felt that it was fine on its own. I will continue to drink here and there when I want to get my turmeric fix.
Flavors: Cardamon, Cinnamon, Vanilla
This will always be a staple in my collection. It is definitely my go-to tea when I am running out of others or when I can’t decide what I want. I think the flavor is also great considering it’s a decaf tea. I love this tea plain just as much as I like it with a splash of milk.
Flavors: Bergamot, Lemon, Orange
The description sounded scrumptious so of course I had to try! I was a little underwhelmed in the beginning. I added a splash of milk and could only smell the cherry. The chocolate flavor I was only picking up as an aftertaste. However, I was hit with the black forest cake flavor once I got through a little more than half the cup of tea. It was very nice and would have paired well with a chocolate dessert. I probably won’t reach for this tea often and I’ll have to play around with the length of time I let this one steep. But overall, it wasn’t bad!
Flavors: Cherry, Dark Chocolate
I found this tea to be pure delight in my cup of breakfast tea this morning. It reminds me of lady grey tea by Twinings but it goes the extra step of pleasing me with the added lavender and vanilla. I added a little half & half and just a drop of vanilla extract to really bring out the lavender/vanilla and gone down the bergamot. This will definitely be something I drink regularly!
