I love this tea whenever i crave sweet licorice taste, and also when i need help going to sleep. This is a delicious tea and a beautiful one to look at because of the star anise, that never fails to make my day with its pretty shape! This helps me sleep because it’s never that my body isn’t tired, it’s that my mind won’t turn off. I’ll never stop thinking about whatever, and that’s when i have this tea. usually after about half the cup i’m crawling into bed.
