An honest Oolong that lasts for many steepings. Clean and earthy, but not peaty – makes you really want to pay attention to it. Easy to brew, and delicious at any time of day.
Most fond of Oolongs, Whites and Blacks. Green tea is usually too temperamental for me. Tisanes or blends are usually not my bag either. I drink tea Chinese style (cup + tea) at home, and use a tetsubin at work.
