Our certified organic Houjicha is made from Kukicha that is roasted after being steamed. This creates a wonderfully rich, sweet and satisfying tea. And a bonus is that the additional processing greatly diminishes the caffeine content of this tea making it suitable to drink in the evenings and even before bed.
