Salivation at hand. Quiet attention reveals a velvety umami liquor wrapped by a spring pea, grassy freshness. Gyokuro Suzume is made with the highest quality new leaves, picked by hand after 20 to 30 days of shading under Tana canopy on farms in Uji, the birthplace of Gyokuro.
