Another chai! Honestly, one of the things I seem to get sick of every year when I do advents is Chai but I’m actually really impressed with the pacing of all the Chai blends this year – plus they’ve all been different enough that this might be the first year where I don’t feel like the Chai has been over done…
The dry leaf smelled good and I didn’t have any doubt that this would have been lovely as a hot tea but I was really craving an eggnog latte today and this was one of the only teas in my assortment today that actually made sense to steep that way. So, eggnog latte it was! Quite delicious but certainly heavy on the nog. I did taste the additional cardamom and anise notes though which definitely weren’t from the eggnog but did compliment perfectly!
