Chocolate-Chipotle Black Tea
Defying convention, this brew features notes of chocolate, smoke, and spice. Smoked Lapsang Black Tea blended with Assam Black Tea, cacao husks, smokey chipotle, blackberries, and vanilla reveal an eccentric yet delicious tea.
Ingredients: Lapsang Black tea leaves, cacao husks, Assam Black tea leaves, oxidized blackberry leaves, blackberries, vanilla bean, chipotle flakes
How to Brew: Steep 1 tablespoon per cup at 210° for 5-10 mins. If you like a chocolately brew, steep for 10 minutes. Serve hot with honey and/or cream or chilled on ice.
