Enjoyed this cuppa while visiting a friend! The dry leaves had a really nice pungent fragrance. Steeped about 3g in 8 oz 190°F water grandpa style. Wow, what a wonderful, full flavor. Chestnutty, buttery, savory and delicious. If the store was open on Sundays (happy fathers day!) I would have driven over and bought some for myself! It’s nice to see that this longstanding independent tea store is thriving in Champaign, Illinois, and even branching out to a second neighborhood. When I did stop in a couple months ago, the place was buzzing with customers and staff! I recommend this Long Jing tea and rate it 90.
