Contents: Green Sencha tea, pineapple (min. 12%), melon, sunflowers. May contain traces of nuts.

Prep: 1 teaspoon per 150ml of water & 1 more for a teapot. Bring water to the boil, let it cool down to 70-80C, pour & leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes
