From Tribute Tea Company

White Fur Monkey is grown in the Taimu Mountains at nearly 4000ft above sea level. Its fuzzy, young buds are often considered a “White-Green” tea, and they exhibit a uniquely fragrant, nutty aroma of toasted hazelnut. The altitude adds complex, delicate notes of sugarcane, sage, and buttery popcorn, polished off with a clean and lasting aftertaste…

Notes: sage, sugarcane, popcorn

Infusion: 170ºF / 77ºC for 1-2 minutes

Origin: Zhenghe, Fujian Province, China
