This was another kombucha brand I saw in Vancouver that we don’t have, and I picked up two of the flavours to try – including this one. I feel like you don’t see a lot of kombucha made with honeybush, so that’s what attracted me to it. I didn’t think it was bad, but I also didn’t feel it was memorable either. The apple came off more like apple cider vinegar but without a whole lot of sweetness or depth. It was the good kind of kombucha funk/acidity, but just not super unique as far as apple flavours go. The honeybush was very non-present, as well.
Easy enough to finish, no off notes or anything. But not something I’d buy again.
