From Tillerman Tea

Lishan is a highly sought after high mountain tea and once you have tasted this tea you will know why. Mr. Chang’s tea brews into a bright, yellow/green gold color. The nose is rich and penetrating and there is a noticeable viscosity in the mouth. There is clear “up front: power in this tea. The finish is long and persistent. Despite some late frost in the Lishan area, this Spring 2020 tea is a good example of what tea from Lishan should deliver.
