After the Nerikiri/Gongfu class, my friend and I decided to swing by the Tiger Sugar in the area before catching the metro home. Tiger Sugar is a BBT chain known in particular for its brown sugar bubble tea while they “stripe” the interior of the bubble tea cup with, but I wasn’t feeling anything as rich as they so I went with the Mango Sago instead. It was still quite sweet, but mostly just tasting like pureed ripe mangoes with some creaminess from the cheese foam on top. I really love the texture of sago in bubble tea, and with the fresh fruity notes I thought it was the perfect addition.
Really nice way to cap off last weekend.
