Strange VariaTEA TTB – Tea #1

Yay, TTB time! It’s been quite a long time since I’ve participated in a TTB, so I’m excited! I still need to look through most of the teas, but I pulled this one out to try first because it sounded right up my alley.

And it’s lovely! I don’t get a ton of flavor from the white tea, but it does have a nice hay & oats type character that I enjoy. There are a ton of elderberries in here! And I can really taste them, they add such a nice deep jammy sweetness without the need for flavoring. And of course, I love the cedar tips, with their cool and refreshing evergreen notes. Any tea with pine, fir, or cedar, and I’m sold!

So I’m going to keep this one! I was feeling nervous I would have trouble finding teas to keep because I would consider myself a bit picky when it comes to tea. So I’m happy that I already found a tea to adopt! :3

Result: Kept!
