The Chinese art of hand-sewing tealeaves and flowers into so-called “flowering teas,” “display teas” or “blooming teas” dates back centuries. When our I Love You Bloom heart-shaped blossoming tea is dropped into warm water, it unfurls into a sprawling, tropical display of tippy tealeaves and crimson lily blooms crowned with a spiky, fuchsia globe amaranth flower and delicate, creamy jasmine blossom. It’s one of the showiest and most complex flowering teas out there, but its smooth, sweet flavors of ripe plantains and caramelized brown sugar are what will keep you coming back for more.
Steep it for up to 30 minutes over a long candlelit meal for a sweet, rich caramel flavor that can’t be beat by any other display tea. Top off pots of our I Love You Bloom with additional hot water as your drink them – it can infuse several pots worth of tea.
