Island White Mango Tea is a wonderfully light and fruity white tea which is especially good iced. Island White Mango is a blend of premium white (Pai Mu Tan) tea with Mango and Apple pieces along with Marigold blossoms and natural flavoring.
Since this is a white tea, it is particularly important to follow the proper steeping instructions. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per cup and steep for 2 minutes in steaming (175 degree) water.

I appreciated that even when hot the mango runs the show, while the sweet hay notes accompany it in such an endearing fashion. Cold it really shines with no added sweeteners. I felt the base was of good quality too. All around an excellent tea for the cupboard! Just not mine right now, I’m on a buying ban. Ha Ha
