Snow Dragon is an unusual China White tea, painstakingly hand-formed into a long spiral shape that is said to resemble a dragon’s tail. It is lusciously sweet and delicate with a pale, straw colored liquor. Use 1 tsp. per cup and steep 2 minutes in steaming water.
