This is our premium Oolong (huang jin gui) mixed with red rose buds, this blend was created by our specialist to bring out the natural aroma of the rose along with the refreshing taste of our spring Oolong tea.
Temperature: 180F, Boiling first then let water sit for 1-2 minutes; Use: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water; Infusion time: 4-5 minutes.

I don’t dislike this, but I’m not wild about it. A longer steep seems to bring out some nice bitter yet still light summer flower flavor from the tea to go with the rose, and I feel like in general the tea and the rose are better integrated in this one.
I might try mixing it with something sweet and see what that does….
