Steep Information:
Amount: 2 tsp
Water: 2 cups
Tool: my grandmother’s Bee House Ceramic Round Teapot (like this one)
Steep Time: a little over 5 minutes
Served: Hot

Tasting Notes:
Dry Leaf Smell: MINT
Steeped Tea Smell: mellow mint, a little floral, really mellow and lovely
Flavor: Sweet, minty, refreshing
Body: Medium
Aftertaste: fresh minty sweet
Liquor: translucent yellow-green

Refreshing yet mellow night time tea, the smell is a lot more minty than the taste (I don’t like very strong exclusively mint teas).

I kept brewing puerh all day long to speed up seasoning of my new Yixing. So I had a lot of shou today maybe 7 cups. I found a bag of Rejuvenation tea in my cupboard, forgotten sadly. So I made 2 cups for me . It’s naturally sweet and mellow, and nice. It doesn’t taste like those herbal medicinal teas. It made me calm and happy.
PS I will continue with puerh, for some reason I don’t feel any caffeine in shou and can drink a ton before the bed. It makes me sleepy.
