I used this spice blend to spice up a cup of Sweet Caramel O’Mine – I have a Caramel Chai! OMG it is so good! The nutmeg in the spices brings out the “burnt sugar” aspect of the caramel so nicely. The ginger and pepper give it a nice spicy kick. Delicious! YUM YUM YUM!

I have been boiling this on low heat for 5-7 minutes, then using the spiced water to brew organic English Breakfast from the Imperial Tea Court. I love the smooth blend of spices and the way my kitchen smells of warmth and spice afterward.
