Diese Spezialität stammt aus der nordwestlichen Vietnam Provinz Cao Lai und ein hat zart-süßliches Aroma mit einem weich-malzigen Hauch von Honig im Nachhall. Das rötlich-bräunliche Blatt ist groß, drahtig und gedreht. Die Tasse ist rotbraun, süffig und erinnert etwas an südchinesische, milde Schwaztees.

Die Ernte kommt von einem der wenigen Bioteeproduzenten aus Nord-West Vietnam und stammt von örtlichen Kleinbauern. Durch den Kauf dieser Spezialität werden somit auch die Familien unterstützt.
