I tend to shy away from pina colada teas. It’s just not a flavor profile that I’m terribly keen on, and, to be honest, the mango saved this tea for me. The pineapple flavor is nice. The coconut is smooth and almost creamy. The mango really adds some nice depth and tropical flare so that it’s not just your standard pina colada blend. I won’t be reordering it, and I’ll likely not finish the bag I opened to sample the tea. It’s not an unpleasant tea; it’s just not for me. That said, if you love pina coladas and don’t mind a bit of mango thrown into the mix, then this tea may be right up your street.

This made a great coldbrew, however I’m sad to say goodbye to it (especially because I can’t replace it). This is my favourite pina colada herbal so far. I found out the other day that Teaopia’s former owner (Teaopia was purchased by Teavana) went on to found CitizenTea. I’m hoping Citizen Tea has some nice herbals that I can purchase instead.

Tealish in Toronto has a pineapple colada herbal that I enjoy…I never tried the teavana versoln though, so cant compare.

I’ll add it to my future orders list, thank you for the recommendation!

This would be okay if you dumpd in several sugar cubes. There’s something abou Teavana’s herbal teas that leaves a lot to be desired… I find they’re almost always bitter (regardless of prep.)
