From Teavana

A fresh, Summer blend of black tea, apricots and peaches. This delightful tea also has a slight ginger and clove undertone for a more complex, unique flavor.

How to Prepare
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 195-205 degrees and steep for 2-3 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
Ingredients:
Black tea, ginger, apricot pieces, peach pieces, citrus peels, cloves, and vanilla pieces.

This is one of my favorite “ginger peach” black teas – it has a mellow ginger flavor (no burn) that blends very well with the peach flavor. It smells absolutely divine both dry and while steeping, and the taste actually lives up to the scent remarkably well. This one is quite good plain, but adding some honey rounds out the taste nicely. For the best flavor I use about 1.5 tsp per 8/10oz, rather than the recommended 1.

Unfortunately, Teavana has discontinued this, so I’ve been hoarding my last tin of it – I’m going to be really bummed when I run out! :(

I drink this with the Sweet Oolong Revolution and add extra ginger, peaches & apricots. I also have been blending Samovar’s Orange Ginger herbal infusion & Lychee Black tea to this to add even more flavors that blend well.
