Sideritis Syriaca is a popular medicinal tea that lies in the mountains of Crete. The one and only plant that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. In ancient times Sideritis was considered to be a secret to good health and a cure for almost anything.

Sideritis was used traditionally for promoting health and especially memory enhancement. The ancient Cretans drunk if because it was beneficial for the circulatory system and its strong anti-inflammatory effects help the soothing of colds/sore throat, fever, body ache and headache. It was also known as a detoxifier, anti-oxidant, disinfectant and diuretic. Sideritis can be used in anti-aging herbal creams and lotions, as well as in suncreams, as it is known that it can protect from sunburns and generally skin diseases caused by over-exposure to the daylight. It is an immune booster, and with its 99 vital ingredients this herb has been identified by recent studies that it can fight cancer enhance bone strength, delay osteoporosis and helps fight Alzheimer’s disease.

How To Brew
Drink it 1-2 times per day for two weeks for better results. Put one tablespoon in 150-200 gr. hot water, leave 7-8 minutes, strain, add some honey if you wish, and enjoy!
