I’m hot and cold with chais. It seems either I like them ok or I hate them based on their ‘other’ ingredients and the intensity of those ingredients. This is a Green Chai. I know many people don’t care for Green Chai. Well, I am thinking – with the last few I have tried – I kinda like Green Chai.
This one is no exception. It’s evenly spicy and sweet and floral and a tad fruity, even…but just a TAD…barely there. Thankfully the spices aren’t overpowering. I appreciate this very much.
The liquid color is a yellowish-brown. And the liquid smell is a little bit reminiscent of a light perfume.
The after taste is that of a mellow spicy/floral pair.
This is nice.

I brewed this extra strong this time to experiment a little with it as a chai latte. I like it better this time around than I did the last time I drank this as a latte. I guess I needed to just brew it stronger to get the most out of it. Very lovely flavor.
I also like green chai, I think I may prefer it to black chai…
