I finished this up last night with my husband. It is so refreshing and tasty. I love this tea. And it also soothes the throat. My husband’s sick with a cold, so this seemed to help :)

Phi introduced me to Teaism way back when, and I’m forever grateful for it. Of the teas I’ve had from there, this was one of the first and remains my favorite.

I was looking for an herbal that would really feel like I was treating myself tonight. It has been the kind of week where it’s just one thing after another. Today was about trying to take it easy, get some rest, and give myself some room to breathe. This blend was a good choice. Not only are the eponymous lavender, lemon, and mint soothing and relaxing, but there’s cinnamon in here too that gives it just the right amount of depth, warmth, and spice. It’s definitely an assertive amount of cinnamon, which I love because I love cinnamon, but if you don’t then this might not be the blend for you. Particularly in the second steep, the cinnamon gets stronger as the other flavors fade a bit – but even in the first steep, it’s definitely, deliciously noticeable. This is just easily one of my favorite herbals.

From the Phi tea box. Smells nice… I mostly got lavender in the dry leaf, with more mint when it was brewed. And now it has a soothing scent. The flavour is very herbal. It’s mostly a mint tea with some lemon notes.

This is my go to tea for relaxation, for relaxation for friends, and for when I’m tired of all other herbals. The flavors are perfectly blended and alive. It’s a strong tea, though I should note that normally I can’t tolerate strong lavender, but here I welcome it.

I bought this recently. It makes a pretty good iced tea.
